Hello, Lucy!
Welcoming my niece.
Lucy Elizabeth Campbell, daughter to my brother Graham and sister-in-law Katie, arrived early on the 22nd and should be going home today. Mom and baby are doing fine!
I have a couple other nieces and a nephew through marriage, but I don’t get to see as much of them as I’ll get to see of Lucy, and this is my parents’ first grandchild. Naturally, I’m already thinking in terms of books for when she’s old enough to start reading.
Tomorrow, I’ll be sharing a little snapshot from our own home. And Monday and Tuesday, a goofy listicle to mark the launch of the X puzzle and the beginning of the X-Mas season!
