Those are really great, especially the Dr. J one which I wasn’t familiar with. I generally avoid acronyms/abbreviations/etc in palindromes, but I definitely prefer using them in perfect pangrams! I tried a few a while back. This one about P.D.Q. Bach (who had probably written a piece using gym equipment) was the best I could come up with:
every time someone talks about pangrams i feel compelled to share the late Jack Lance's
"LGBTQ'S "P" ("I'D FUCK W/ ANY") + J OVER 1000(M X HZ)^2"
(although the cheatiness does depend on how you feel about numbers)
