Could you elaborate a bit on the term Abecedaria, T? I think an Abecedarium (single) is an ABC-book which has a letter of the alphabet on each page. Abecedaria (plural) indicates more than one of those books. Since you do each letter once... o, wait. It's plural because of the small letter puzzles that also go from a to z!

(The reasoning was that, in addition to the big letter, each section features a few Down answers near the top which are clued as things that letter can stand for, like "CARBON" and "CELSIUS" and "ALLEGEDLY AVERAGE" for "C." I like your answer better, though!)
