Vivifying the Ubercross Small v

"Vitalizing"? "Validating"? These titles are gonna get harder for the last few of these.

It’s midweek, so it’s time for another Ubercross update! As I announced last time, today’s update is the small v, not the big U as would fit the pattern of all the other updates. The big U is 92% refilled as I write this, which should be enough (should!) for me to have it ready for your eyes next week.

But never mind that for now: here’s a new puzzle!
